I bought a MyActiveSWIM / MyActiveGYM season pass on the ActiveSG app that expires after 15 August. What happens when the ActiveSG app is phased out?
The last day of utilisation for pool and gym passes purchased via the ActiveSG app is 14 August. Members will receive refunds in full for unused day passes, or a prorated refund for schemes, via their PayNow-NRIC-linked bank account by mid-September.
