The school's LLP is the DINAN Leadership Programme, which is inspired by the compassionate act of our patron saint, St. Louis Marie de Montfort, who served the poor and sick in Dinan. The philosophy is "Learn to serve, Serve to lead, Lead to Inspire".

It is structured into three tiers:

• Tier 1 (Self Leadership): All students engage in level-based Values-in-Action (VIA) projects, and learn to be socially responsible citizens who contribute meaningfully to the community.

• Tier 2 (Peer Leadership): Identified student leaders are given opportunities to lead their peers in a variety of programmes and projects. These include:

1. Class Committee members

2. Co-curricular Activities (CCA) Leaders

3. Young Montfortian Associates (YMA) Leaders

4. Young Scientists Programme (YSP) Leaders

5. Peer Support Leaders

6. Student Councillors

• Tier 3 (School and Community Leadership): Our senior student leaders lead school-wide initiatives, plan community service projects and collaborate with others to inspire positive change in school and beyond.
