Do we need to discharge on Bright if we discharge on ILTC portal?
Once you discharge on ILTC portal, you do not need to discharge on Bright. ILTC will send the discharge details to Bright immediately.
However, please note that if your process is to only discharge on ILTC portal periodically (e.g. once a quarter), your vacancy numbers on Bright will not be up to date as your discharge details will only be updated every quarter. For this scenario, we will need SPs to discharge the client on Bright in order to free up a bed space on Bright.
Please also note that discharges on Bright are not sent to ILTC.
