What do I do if I cannot load the iSAA portal on my browser?

This error may occur due to the user internet connection to the servers and computer firewall/antivirus settings or VPN proxy settings.  


Please try to troubleshoot by trying these solutions below: 

  • Clear your cache in your browser.  

  • Refresh the web page. 

  • Restart your modem or router.
