What happens if I accidentally misplaced my printed vouchers?
Any misplaced vouchers may be used by anyone who picks it up. You may request for a re-print of your remaining vouchers at the CCs. However, a new set of $300 vouchers will not be issued. Recipients are advised to exercise personal responsibility in safekeeping their vouchers as they are equivalent to cash.
Please note that the vouchers are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable.
