For NRIC/FIN users, Singpass is used to verify an individual’s identity for both personal and corporate transactions. This unified login system simplifies the verification process, allowing users to manage their identity seamlessly without needing separate credentials for personal and corporate use. By leveraging Singpass, Corppass ensures that only authorized individuals can access government digital services, enhancing convenience and security.

For foreign ID users, a Singpass Foreign user Account (SFA) will be issued after the Corppass account is activated. Instructions will be sent via email to download and activate Singpass, which is required to log in to Corppass.
