What is a Registered Officer (RO) and how do I find out who the RO of my entity is?
The Registered Officer (RO) is the person whose name is officially registered with the entity. This refers to persons registered with ACRA or any of the other UEN-issuance agencies. Examples of RO(s) include: Owner, Partner, Director, and Corporate Secretary.
To find out who your RO is, you may approach the UEN-issuance agencies your entity is registered under. Typically, the RO should be the person nominating and approving new Corppass Administrators.
