My entity's Corppass Admin has left without terminating their account. What should I do?
If your entity’s Corppass Admin has left and their Admin account was not terminated, please take the following actions:
If Your Entity Has Two Admins:
The remaining Admin can terminate the departed Admin's account.
Log in to Corppass, navigate to Users > Manage Users, and select the Admin to change the account status.
If Your Entity Has Only One Admin:
The Registered Officer (RO) of the entity can terminate the departed Admin's account.
Important: Ensure that your entity maintains at least one Corppass Admin at all times. If there are no Corppass Admins for a period of 30 days, your entity will be suspended.
