I am a service provider and my Client has assigned digital services to my entity, but I am still unable to transact on their behalf. Why is this so?
If you are unable to transact on behalf of your Client despite the digital services being assigned, please
ensure that your entity’s Corppass Admin or Sub-Admin has assigned the client’s digital service to you.
Log in to the Corppass Portal
Navigate to My Account > View My Profile
Click 'Assigned e-Services' tab
Note that Sub-Admins with restricted access cannot authorise and manage Third Party Entities or manage and assign Client Digital Services. Ensure that the assignment and authorisation were done by a Corppass Admin or a Sub-Admin with the necessary permissions.
