What is a Corppass Administrator (Admin)?

A Corppass Administrator (Admin) is a person authorized by the Registered Officer (RO) of the entity to create and manage Corppass accounts for an entity and assign access to digital services required for government transactions. Examples of who may fulfil this Corppass role include: Director of Corporate Services (Admin / Finance / Human Resources) or any person(s) authorised by the RO.


Key points about the Corppass Admin:

  • The Admin is responsible for managing access to government digital services for the entity.

  • For Singapore-registered entities with a UEN, the Admin must be authorized by the RO.

  • Smaller organizations may have the RO assume the role of the Corppass Admin.

  • Each entity can appoint up to two Corppass Admins.
