I did not use CPF savings for the matrimonial property but pledged the property to make up my retirement sum. Can the Court order a transfer of this property to my ex-spouse?

Yes, the Court can still order the transfer of the property to your ex-spouse upon the refund of your pledged amount to your CPF account. The Court may also order for the transfer with a partial refund or without a refund. However, upon subsequent disposal of the property by your ex-spouse, they will have to refund the pledged amount to their CPF account (if it was not earlier refunded to your CPF account).
