I am the primary caregiver for my next-of-kin. How do I request Transaction History on their behalf?

There are three ways to help your next-of-kin to access their Transaction History as their primary caregiver:

Option 1: Next-of-kin accesses Transaction History via Singpass
Your next-of-kin can log in with Singpass on the CPF Mobile app or my cpf digital services  to view, save or download their Transaction History. Please refer to this FAQ for a step-by-step guide.

If your next-of-kin does not have a Singpass, they can visit the Singpass website to obtain one.

Option 2: Caregiver assistance through Singpass Multi-User SMS 2FA
If your next-of-kin needs help with government digital services, they can set you up as a trusted caregiver through the Singpass Multi-User SMS 2FA. This is a one-time setup, which allows you to help your next-of-kin access their CPF account information online more conveniently in future.

Please refer to Singpass FAQs for more information on Multi-User SMS 2FA.

Option 3: Appointed donee/deputy
If you are the appointed donee/deputy for your next-of-kin under the Mental Capacity Act, you can access their CPF information directly using Singpass Multi-User SMS 2FA.

Please refer to this FAQ for the process and required documents.

If you are unable to access your next-of-kin’s Transaction History through the options above, please refer to this FAQ for more information.
