You are advised to submit your Cargo Manifest Declaration (CMD) at least six hours after the flight arrival or departure time.�If the error message occurs within 6 hours from the flight arrival or departure time due to your early submission, you should re-submit your CMD at least 6 hours after the flight arrival or departure time.�If the error message occurs after 6 hours from the flight arrival or departure time, please contact the ground-handling agent to ensure that the details of the flight and Master Air WayBill (AWB) are correct before your next submission.
