How long is the licensed Free Trade Zone (FTZ) Operator required to retain the report, information, and any related documents?

I. For information provided on retail trade activities as required under section 8 of the Free Trade Zones (FTZ) Act; and

For information provided on suspected goods in contravention of any written law as required under section 14J of the FTZ Act:

There is no specified retention period.

II. For all other reports requested by Singapore Customs via written notice as required under Section 14I of the FTZ Act, the retention period shall be the shorter of the following:

(a) Five years after the report is submitted to Singapore Customs,

(b) The remaining period of validity of the FTZ Operator licence.
