How do I replace my Electrical Worker licence card?
You may request to replace your Electrical Worker licence card by logging into the ELISE website with your SingPass.
There is a $20 replacement fee (exclusive of GST). For loss of Electrical Worker licence cards, please make a police report and submit a copy of the report together with your request.
