EMA licenses term LNG importers under the Gas Sales Agreements with 1 year or longer duration. This ensures that their import and supply of re-gasified LNG to gas users in Singapore are competitive and reliable. EMA will continue to review the market regularly, and is open to appointing more term LNG importers if needed.
