You can check your vaccination records on ( HealthHub ) (via SingPass login). Records are available for nationally recommended vaccinations given on or after 1 November 2017 and reported by the healthcare provider to the National Immunisation Registry (NIR). You might also have a hard copy of the vaccination record given by your doctor. Please discuss with your doctor if you are considering a particular vaccination but do not have the record on hand or in HealthHub.
