Medical concierges are not licensed under the HCSA as they are not direct providers of healthcare services.
If the medical concierge is not an authorised person and advertises any licensable healthcare service, it will be in breach of section 31 of HCSA.
If the medical concierge has been appointed as an authorised person, it must comply with its obligations under the HCS (Advertisement) Regulations.
