You will need to be a CHAS/ Pioneer Generation (PG)/ Merdeka Generation (MG) cardholder and also be enrolled with a Healthier SG GP clinic to be eligible for the subsidies under the new Healthier SG Chronic Tier, which will be available from early 2024 onwards. Under this Healthier SG Chronic Tier, these CHAS/PG/MG patients, especially those with high medication needs, can opt for and benefit from this alternative subsidy tier, allowing them to enjoy common chronic drugs from their enrolled Healthier SG GP clinics at prices comparable to polyclinics.
