I do not have a mobile phone/smartphone and can’t receive SMS. How do I enrol in Healthier SG?

There are a few ways that you can enrol in Healthier SG.

1. Assisted enrolment

Approach the Healthier SG Ambassadors at Community Centres/Clubs (CC) or Joint Testing & Vaccination Centres (JTVC) for assistance. To check for an enrolment station (and operating hours) near you, see:  www.gowhere.gov.sg/healthiersg

2. Enrol with caregiver's assistance

You can grant access to your caregiver/family member/loved one by adding him/her in HealthHub, so he/she can enrol you on your behalf using his/her smartphone. You will need your Singpass account to authorise your caregiver via HealthHub. If you do not have a Singpass account, you may register for Singpass through this website (https://www.singpass.gov.sg/home/ui/register/instructions) or head down to the nearest Singpass counter for assistance, with your caregiver and bring along both your NRICs. For Singpass counter locations, see: https://www.singpass.gov.sg/home/ui/counter-locations.

For caregiver enrolment, your caregiver can refer to the step-by-step guide at: For Caregivers (healthiersg.gov.sg)

3. Via a computer

You can self-enrol via HealthHub at https://www.healthhub.sg/. A Singpass account is required to do so.
