MOH is progressively sending SMS invitations to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents aged 60 and above to enrol with a Healthier SG clinic or polyclinic. Those who may need more support to manage their chronic illnesses may receive their SMS invitation earlier.While residents are encouraged to wait for the SMS invitation, those who are 40 years old and above with chronic conditions may also approach our Healthier SG ambassadors and enrol at any of the Enrolment Stations (see https://gowhere.gov.sg/healthiersg for locations) or at the Healthier SG roadshows (schedules in https://www.healthiersg.gov.sg/roadshows/about/).
