Is full-cream milk mixed with water equivalent to low-fat milk?

The difference between full-cream milk and low-fat milk is in the fat content. Adding water to full-cream milk will only dilute the milk but the amount of fat remains the same. For any powdered milk, it is advisable to follow the serving size on the product packaging.
