Huamin Primary School places a high priority on attendance, punctuality, and regular school attendance is essential for academic success and the development of good work habits. The school has clear policies and guidelines in place regarding attendance and punctuality, which are as follows:

  • Attendance:

Students are expected to attend school regularly and on time, unless they are unwell or have a valid reason for absence.

If a student is unable to attend school, parents or guardians are required to inform the school through the official channels (such as the school portal or phone).

  • Punctuality:

Students are expected to arrive at school on time for assembly and classes.

If a student is late, he or she should report to the General Office to obtain a late slip before proceeding to class.

  • Absences:

If a student is absent from school, parents or guardians are required to inform the school through the official channels.

If a student is absent for three consecutive days without valid reason, the school will contact the parents or guardians to inquire about the reason for the absence.

In cases of excessive absence or persistent lateness, the school may take disciplinary action, including counseling, parent-teacher meetings, or referral to external agencies. The school believes that attendance and punctuality are important values and habits that contribute to the development of responsible and successful individuals.
