Yes, it is possible for students of other races to learn a different Mother Tongue language at Huamin Primary School, subject to the availability of the language and the approval of the Ministry of Education.

The school offers Mother Tongue languages such as Chinese, Malay, and Tamil as part of its curriculum, but parents who wish for their children to learn a different Mother Tongue language may submit a request to the Ministry of Education. The Ministry will then review the request and determine if the language can be offered to the student.

It is important to note that learning a different Mother Tongue language may require additional effort and commitment from both the student and the family. The student may need to put in extra effort to catch up with the language, and the family may need to provide additional support and resources to help the student learn the language.
