How do I register the birth if my child is not born in the hospital?

Updated by ICA

If your child is not born in the hospital, the birth of the child must be registered at ICA Building.

Before this, parents must email the following documents to ICA at ICA_Birth_RBD@ica.gov.sg:
- Proof of child's birth
- Proof of pre-natal checks
- Pre-natal appointment card/booklet
- Pregnancy ultrasound scan
- Parents' identification documents
- Marriage certificate (if any)

We will notify parents via email within three working days to report to ICA Building in person for the birth registration.
