What should I do if my Pre-Marriage LTVP Assessment application is withdrawn?

Updated by ICA

Your Pre-Marriage LTVP Assessment (PMLA) submission is unsuccessful. Incomplete applications will be auto-withdrawn by the system after 14 days

The email notification will be sent to the email address which you have provided in the online PMLA application. You may wish to check your spam or junk inbox in case the email notification was directed to your spam or junk inbox.

You are also advised to check your application status using the "Enquiry Status Function" at the e-Service. Alternatively, you may login to myICA to enquire the status of your PMLA.

If your PMLA has been withdrawn, you may wish to submit a fresh PMLA for our consideration at ICA e-Service. Please note that PMLA is only applicable for couples who are not married.
You may submit a request for further assistance.
