All foreign visitors are required to submit their personal particulars, trip details and health declaration through the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) e-Service which is available on ICA website or “MyICA” mobile app, within three days prior to their date of arrival in Singapore.

You will receive an acknowledgement email upon successful submission of the SGAC. The DE number which starts with 'Z' can be found within the email.

If you have deleted or cannot find the acknowledgement email, you can enquire your DE number at the e-Pass Enquiry Portal.
