Do I need to apply for Student's Pass for my child to attend Preschool?

Updated by ICA

Any foreigner seeking to study in Singapore should apply for a Student’s Pass, upon acceptance into an educational institution. If your foreign child is enrolled in an Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) licensed kindergarten or childcare centre, you may apply for a Student's Pass. You do not need to apply for a Student's pass to attend a kindergarten/childcare centre if you already have a Dependant's Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass or Immigration Exemption Order.
