How do I apply for Student's Pass (STP) online?

ica-logo
Updated by ICA

You must be accepted for admission into a full-time course by a recognised education institution in Singapore to apply for a Student's Pass (STP).

Your school will register you as a student in ICA's e-Service for a STP before you submit your application.

With the STP application number provided by the school, you will be able to login to ICA e-Service and apply for a STP by completing the application forms. Some applications may require a local sponsor.

The local sponsor, a Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident, will then login to the e-Service using his/her SingPass to sponsor the STP application.

A non-refundable S$45 processing fee must be made through eNets Credit/Debit or Internet Banking for Student's Pass applications submitted to ICA. Please refer to ICA website for more information on payment-related enquiries.

A. For prospective students of Institutes of Higher Learning, please click here.

B: For other prospective students, please click here.
