What if I do not have the transaction ID required to retrieve my digital Student's Pass (STP)?
The transaction ID can be found in the email sent to you by FileSG.
Singpass holders can login to the FileSG website and view their digital STP without the transaction ID.
STP holders who are not eligible to register a Singpass account can contact us via the enquiry form for assistance.
