You will require a visa to travel and seek entry into Singapore if you hold a travel document issued by one of the countries or places as listed on ICA website.

 

If you are unable to find your country/place and the passport types in the list, please forward a clear scanned copy of the passport/travel document's front cover and particulars page (i.e. showing holder's full name, nationality, passport number and its date of issue/expiry) to ICA for assessment.
