Do I need to replace my APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) if I have renewed or replaced my passport?
Since your Singapore passport number has changed, you need to apply for a new ABTC under the category of "replacement due to change of particulars". You should submit an application to replace your ABTC only after you have collected your new passport.
If you have replaced your passport while having an on-going application for your ABTC, you should withdraw your current application and submit a new one. You can withdraw your application by emailing to ICA_ABTC@ica.gov.sg. No refund will be given for the withdrawn application.
