You may surrender your Student's Pass card to the ICA officer at the departure immigration counter upon your departure at the checkpoints. If you have already departed from Singapore, you may forward your Student's Pass card to the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission or ICA by post/secured courier, together with a self-explanatory letter, to:
