When should I submit or apply for the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) with Electronic Health Declaration?

Updated by ICA
Arriving travellers can submit their personal information, trip details and health declaration through the SG Arrival Card e-Service at the ICA website or via MyICA mobile app within three days prior to the date of their arrival in Singapore.

For example, travellers arriving in Singapore on 30 June 2023 can only submit their declaration from 28 June 2023 onwards.

This means that they will only need to produce their passports for immigration clearance upon arrival, as ICA's immigration system will already have the electronic arrival cards which they submitted in advance.

The above does not apply to those who are transiting or transferring through Singapore without seeking immigration clearance; or Residents (Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents, Long-Term Pass holders*) entering via Land Checkpoints.

*Long-Term Pass holders include holders of Student's Pass, Dependant's Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass and Work Pass.
