If your application is approved, an ABTC will be issued four months after the date of your application. If this ABTC does not have all foreign APEC economies’ approvals, we will issue the final card to you nine months after your application, excluding any pending approvals. 

 

Please note that foreign APEC economies are unlikely to process your application beyond the nine-month mark.
