Can I still collect my IC at SingPost if I missed my appointment?

You may still collect your IC at the same SingPost outlet, up to three (3) days after your appointment date. Alternatively, please make another appointment to collect your IC one week after the missed appointment.

For example, if your appointment is on a Monday, you will have up to Thursday to collect your IC at the same location. You can only book another appointment to collect your IC after the following Monday.
