Are Student's Pass applicants eligible for e-Appointment booking?
You are eligible to make an appointment at our e-Service if your Student's Pass (STP) application has been approved-in-principle.
(To book an appointment, you will need to have the FIN no. and e-Appointment ID stated in your IPA letter. Your e-Appointment ID is the last 3 digits of the Application ID, which can be found on top left hand corner on Page 1 of the IPA letter. Please refer to the diagram below.).
