Can I add a new applicant and/or product if my application for Singapore citizenship, Permanent Residence and/or Long-Term Visit Pass is at the draft stage?
You are required to indicate all intended applicants and the product(s) (i.e. Citizenship, Permanent Residence and/or Long-Term Visit Pass) that you are applying before you proceed to start the application. Once you have started the application, you will not be able to add new applicants or new product.
To add a new applicant and/or product, you will need to delete the existing draft and submit a new application at ICA e-Service.
