What should I do if the validity of my LTVP In-Principle Approval notice has expired?

Applications submitted before 26 June 2024:
You may contact use via the enquiry form to withdraw the expired application. You can proceed to submit a new application once the expired application is withdrawn.
 
Upon withdrawal, the processing fee of $45 is non-refundable. The issuance fee of $60 and multiple journey visa fee of $30 (if applicable), will be reverse-credited back to the paying account. The processing time for the refund will take up to eight weeks.
 
Application submitted on or after 26 June 2024:
You or your sponsor can submit a new LTVP application at ICA e-Service.
