What should I do if I am unable to make payment for my Re-Entry Permit (REP) online?

You can check the validity of your Credit/Debit/AMEX card or Internet Banking account with the respective issuing authority or you can try using another payment mode:

  • VISA card; or
  • MasterCard Credit/Debit card; or
  • American Express (AMEX) card; or
  • Internet banking (DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB and Standard Chartered Bank banking account in Singapore); or
  • PayNow.

You can retrieve your approved REP record from the "Check Application Status" function in e-Service to pay the fee within 14 days from the date of approval of the REP.
