ICA do not accept applications for Re-Entry Permit (REP) or Certificate of Identity (COI) over the counter without an appointment. If your REP has expired, you may use the e-Service to apply for REP or reinstate your PR. The system will determine whether you have lost your PR status and offer you the relevant option accordingly.

If you have a valid REP, you must renew it using the e-Service within three months of its expiry date.

For transfer of REP, it must be submitted using the e-Service as well.
