If you have a valid Singpass account, you can access the ICA e-Service and perform a REP transfer while you are overseas so long as your REP is still valid and you have a Singpass account. Upon successful transfer, you can print your new REP for your reference and travel needs.

Applicants without Singpass account can submit an application for transfer of REP at Singapore Missions overseas.
