I have lost or misplaced my citizenship certificate. How do I obtain a replacement copy of my citizenship certificate?

Please come in person to ICA Services Centre at ICA Building Level 6 between 8.00 am to 4.30 pm, Mondays to Fridays (except Public Holidays), together with the following documents:

  • one passport-sized colour photograph
  • your NRIC/Singapore Passport or Birth Certificate (for children below the age of 15 yrs old)
  • replacement fee of $20

An appointment will be given to you to collect the certificate on a later date.
