Why do I encounter error/issue with the QR code during clearance at Singapore land checkpoints?

This issue may arise if travellers have entered incorrect passport information during the profile setup process.

We recommend travellers to verify the accuracy of their profile information in the MyICA mobile app. If the QR code is not working, ICA will request the travellers to present their passports and facilitate their immigration clearance.
