Do I need to enrol my biometrics to use the automated lanes if I am a Singapore resident or Long-Term Pass holder?

Updated by ICA

Singapore residents (i.e. Singapore citizens and PRs); and Long-Term Pass holders (i.e. LTVP, STP or Work Pass holders) need not seek enrolment as the automated clearance facility is automatically extended to them as long as you have already registered your biometrics with ICA/MOM.

For non-Singapore passport holders, please ensure that the passport details you have provided at the time of the biometrics enrolment remain unchanged. If you have renewed your passport, you will need to update the details with the relevant ICA Services Centres or MOM (for work pass holders and dependants of work pass holders).

Relevant Topics: Biometrics Enrolment, Register Biometrics, thumbprint enrolment, fingerprint enrolment
