The e-Service for Student’s Pass (STP) application will send a notification to inform the former school to complete Section B of e-Form V36A when the e-Service receives an application for “Student’s Pass for Transfer School” from an approved Private Education Institution (PEI). If there is no response from the former school within seven days, the PEI can proceed to submit the application with explanation in the remarks column, where applicable.
