Who can I complain to regarding Telco Related Issues

If you are dissatisfied with the level of service provided, you should raise the matter with the service provider concerned. IMDA has established a set of minimum Quality of Service (QoS) standards for telecommunication services, which the relevant service providers have to comply with. IMDA will ensure compliance of service providers with the minimum standards set.

You may also write in to info@imda.gov.sg with your feedback and account details and we will assist to follow up on the matter.
