How can parents check their child's MediSave balance?
You can view your child's Transaction History statement for the last 15 months by logging in with your Singpass at cpf.gov.sg/childdashboard (https://cpf.gov.sg/childdashboard) if:
1. You and your child are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents, and
2. Your child is below the age of 21 and has received CPF contributions (including Government grants such as the MediSave Grant for Newborns).
If you do not see your child's name listed in the Child dashboard, please submit a request to include your child via cpf.gov.sg/writetous. (https://www.cpf.gov.sg/writetous)
