How will the revised Code be publicised or made known to the charities?
Has the Charity Council gathered feedback from charities?
Is the revised Code mandatory? Are all charities required to apply the revised Code? What is the implication if charities do not apply the Code?
Why did the Charity Council introduce the “Partial Compliance” response for GEC?
Is there a minimum percentage which charities are required to meet or comply with the Code guidelines? Are they expected to meet 100% compliance in future?
