What are the fees and charges that will be incurred in the Debt Repayment Scheme (“DRS”)?
Before DRS commences:
a. Preliminary Admin Fee: $350.00 (At the submission of documents to the Official Assignee ("OA"))
b. Review Fee: $250.00 (At the submission of documents to the OA)
After DRS commences:
a. Annual Admin Fee (Year 1 and 2): $300.00 (At the start of each admin year)
b. Annual Admin Fee (Year 3, 4 and 5): $350.00 (At the start of each admin year)
c. Appeal Fee: $100.00 (Upon filing of Appeal Form 2)
d. DRP Modification Fee: $50.00. (On or before Creditor's Meeting for modification of DRP)
Other fees:
a. DRS Search Fee: $6.00
b. Proof of Debt Fee: $5.00
c. Document Search Fee: $25.00
d. Photocopying of document: $1.00 (per page)
e. Collection fee for payments made by debtors: 1.5% of amount collected
f. Distribution fee for payments made by OA: 3% of amount distributed
